Hello! I’m a doctor who’s just purchased a house to live in.

The house is fully furnished and has 2 large bedrooms and 3 smaller bedrooms and a large garden. I intend to be a live in landlord and rent out the 2 large bedrooms to lodgers. I’d also potentially be open to renting out one of the single rooms for £700 instead - Message me and ask.

The house is a less than 10 minute walk to Hendon Central station and a 7 minute walk to Central Middlesex University. There is plenty of free on street parking available.

The 2 bedrooms are 18-20m^2 each and both come with large built in wardrobes so there is plenty of storage space.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property, a large dining/sitting area, well sized kitchen and a large garden.

All bills are included including council tax and fast WiFi. Viewings will be possible from 22nd October onwards.

Please note that I am looking for 1 individual only in each bedroom - Couples would not be possible unless renting a room each.
