The Room 🛏️

We have a bright and spacious double bedroom available, ready for you to make your own! The room features double windows that let in plenty of natural light and overlooks the garden, offering lovely green views and a greater sense of privacy. It's a lovely, peaceful space to relax after a busy day!

Some furniture can be included, while other items can be negotiated depending on your needs.

💷 Bills: Approximately £75–£85 per month, excluding council tax.

The house is ideally located, just a 10–15-minute walk from Middlesex University, making it a great option for students!

There are direct buses to nearby tube stations! Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Tesco and Aldi. Morrisons, Asda, Matalan and Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall are also around 15–20 minutes away by bus.

For everyday essentials, Farmfoods, Tesco Express, Co-op and local off-licences are just a few steps away.

There's also a park right next to the house, as well as a lovely garden at the back, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and greenery! 🌿

The House & Atmosphere 🌻

You'll be sharing with friendly, welcoming girls in a lovely all-female household, made up of working professionals and one student. Most of us have been friends and lived together for a few years, creating a warm and happy home.

We enjoy chatting and spending time together in the evenings when everyone's around, but we also have our own busy schedules. There's absolutely no pressure to socialise, and we completely respect everyone's privacy and downtime.
