Brand new room in friendly & peaceful house Zone 3

Come and be my lodger! £980 per month, £800 if it's just Monday-Friday, plus one month’s deposit. I'm looking for a non-smoker/non-vaper who likes cats. Includes bills, cleaner every 2 weeks, newly decorated and recarpeted bedroom with new bed and bedding. Council tax band G.
Use of all the areas in the photos (2 bathrooms between 2-4 of you) and the right to be sat on by the cat. There's another living room and downstairs shower room not pictured that I use primarily. You would be sharing with me (sound engineer), Angus (semi-retired IT consultant), and Irene and George (friends from Germany who are here for 6 months in the summer). Lovely park with views across to Hertfordshire, and cosy pub, are both under 1 minute's walk away.
Brent Cross Shopping Centre is nearby, good local shops round the corner. Very close to M1 and A1, Hendon Central tube on the Northern Line. NW4. 45 minutes to central London by tube, which includes a 15-minute walk to the station (or a 5-minute bus ride!).
Tranquil, spacious, quiet house, with a sense of getting away from it all, but in London. We are all older, but it would suit someone of any age who wants a calm haven to come home to.
