Friendly house with the broskis

Room

I'm subletting my room for 2 months but feel free to make any changes to the room itself. All my personal items will be moved away but wardrobe, bed and the storing units will remained in the room and they are in a prestige condition.
When you rent this house, the bathroom as well as the kitchen will be shared, you can negotiate with the boys about the toilet paper, dish soaps since they buy them in turns.
The house is located 3 minutes walk away from Middlesex University and the Co-Op.
Many restaurants and shops surround the area with reasonable price and quality. There's also the beautiful Sunny Hill park nearby great for relaxation.
The neighbourhood is quite and very chill.
