The flat is located less than 5 minutes from Hendon Central station (Northern line), which takes you to the city centre in only 20 minutes.

The room is really cosy and quiet- with big windows, it's fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers a desk and a chair.

Currently, the flat is shared with four other girls.

There's a Tesco and a Sainsbury's just a couple of minutes away as well as Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

We are looking for a like-minded girl to join our household, who is reliable and a responsible flatmate with common sense and respect for other people's space. We are a quiet household (no parties) but we do enjoy each others company from time to time.

Please note the room is for single-occupancy female preferred.

The costs of the room:
£470 + utility bills ( Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity and council tax + TV Licence)
£230 deposit to be paid after approval from the landlord
