I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely home in Hendon from the end of October. There’s some flexibility with the move-in date for the right person.

The room is a good-sized double with a 135cm double bed, large wardrobe and drawers, and has its own private en-suite bathroom, so you have your own bathroom and toilet.

The house is spread over three floors and has a really nice, homely feel. The ground floor has a bright, spacious living room and a large kitchen with two ovens, microwave, new induction hob, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There’s also a large patio and garden, a basement for storage, and parking at the front of the house.

The house is in a really quiet and peaceful area, about a 12-minute walk from Hendon Central and the Northern Line, with bus stops just around the corner. Sunny Hill Park, Hendon Park and Middlesex University are all nearby, and there’s a Tesco, Co-op, gym, cafés, bakeries and everything else you need within walking distance.

*The housemates*

You’d be living with Sabrina, who works in media/film and is also the landlord. She’s very easy-going and attentive, and anything that needs fixing gets sorted quickly.

Jesse is 27, Australian and works as a music producer. He’s quiet, relaxed and friendly, and usually makes music in his room with headphones.

There’s also a **cleaner every two weeks**, and the rent is **£950 per month including all bills and cleaning**.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, responsible and professional, and who would appreciate a peaceful, comfortable and homely place to live.
