Double room available now in a large home with friendly housemates. The room has a brand new bed with tons of underbed storage and great storage throughout the rest of the house. The room has a built-in wardrobe, shelves and a chest of drawers.
The house is big for 3 with a large lounge, large kitchen and conservatory, a bathroom upstairs and a WC & shower downstairs. The house also has a 90ft garden with patio area, BBQ and outdoor seating, driveway, and free parking on-street at the weekend. The conservatory area has proven to be a useful home working space with direct access to both the kitchen and the garden!
We are Emma from Yorkshire, and Joanna from Poland, looking to replace Andy who has moved into his own flat.
Like most people, we enjoy cooking, eating, drinking, watching films, travel and listening to music.
Bills are around £125 per person per month. Great location between both Herne Hill Station (trains to Victoria, Kings Cross, Luton, Farringdon) and Brixton Tube (Victoria line, now 24 hours at the weekend)
