Looking for a nice, relaxed flatmate to move in – clean, friendly and…well…nice (sorry ideally no couples).

-Rent: £748 per calendar month
-Bills: £110 pcm approx. (all inc.)

- Rented unfurnished so you can bring your own stuff (or you can buy the bedroom furniture from departing flatmate at reasonable price)

The flat:
- Split level in a Victorian terrace: makes it feel really spacious (the other bedroom is on a different floor, the kitchen's on a lower floor again)
- Really roomy flat for two people

This flat is ideal for people who want a fantastic place to chill out. This is a really homely place. Although the current flatmate will be taking some of his stuff (it's technically rented unfurnished), there's an opportunity to bring your own stuff and Dave, the flatmate who's staying, is always happy to go in on stuff for the house. (The old flatmate may be willing to sell some of his stuff for a decent price too.)

The area:
-Very quiet, leafy and residential and an easy walk to some fantastic places
- 10 mins' walk to Brockwell Park, 3 mins' walk to Ruskin Park, <1 min's walk to Milkwood Community Garden
- Loads of good pubs around 10 mins' walk away
- Herne Hill is really lovely – Brilliant Sunday foodie market, cafes, 2 medium sized supermarkets, live music venue, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Brockwell Park is a gem of a park and is a perfect summer hangout spot with a 50m lido.
- Just ~20 mins' walk to central Brixton with all of its great music and eating venues, the Ritzy cinema and good shopping.
- ~ 25 mins' walk to Camberwell; it's easy to get to Clapham and Peckham via Denmark Hill
-Easy walk/bus ride to Dulwich

Current flatmate:
I'm a 33-year old professional male who works in public sector. I'm really easy-going, likes reading, sci-fi, photography, cooking and being sociable. The flat is cosy and a nice home. I’m out a lot but like to be able to chill with my flatmate sometimes – maybe to grab a bit to eat or just have a quick cuppa. I'm always up for hanging out together, but totally understand that everyone has their own life. The current flatmate has been here 3 years and is moving out because he and his gf are moving in together.

About the agency:
- The agency are very responsive and decent. They do require reference checks. No pets allowed (sorry).

Viewings:
