I am looking for a new flatmate to share this lush place in Herne Hill. The flat is on the top floor (so it is quiet), the room looks over the back gardens and it is bright and airy with an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. There is also loft space! The room is unfurnished.
The flat is opposite Brockwell Park and lido, next to a great pub (and a plethora of others) 5 mins from Herne Hill Station & 15 from Brixton Station.
The rent is £777.50 plus bills (they work out to be approx £125 per month). Move in available from 18th August. The contract is until June 2020. Would need to take over from current house mate so pay 6 weeks deposit and reference fees etc with letting agents - fees are £50 plus VAT.
Plus there is me - I am a 33 year old professional (social worker) and I have lived in the flat for over 4 years and have made it a home. My current flatmate is moving out of London to start a masters and I am looking for someone new to share with me, I would like to live with someone who will also treat it as their home.
