Lovely bright double with private bathroom

Thanks for reading! Currently looking for a new housemate as my lovely friend is moving out for pastures new.

The Flat: brand new development, built to a really high spec. The flat is over 2 floors (with no up or downstairs neighbours). There are real wood floors downstairs and plush carpets on the 2nd floor. There’s a really big open plan kitchen - living area which is perfect for relaxing, watching films etc. There is also a really lovely private back garden- which is perfect for bbqs in summer!

The room: it’s a decent sized double room, with a lovely Juliette balcony. There’s also a huge cupboard / wardrobe on the landing which you can use for clothes. You’ll be the only person using the huge family bathroom (I have an en suite). It has the best shower ever! The room is unfurnished - so you’ll need your own bed etc.

The neighbourhood: the flat is in the heart of Herne Hill- literally a 30 second walk to the train station! Lots of lovely shops and cafes close by- not to mention Brockwell Park on the doorstep. There’s a good market here every weekend- great if you’re into food. The local pub is called the Florence- which is always nice for the odd glass of wine (or 3!). Brixton tube station is a 15 minute walk away- taking you into the city in 10 minutes

The flatmate: I’m Kat! I’m 34 and I work in marketing & research. I’m usually pretty busy with work- and so like to make the most of my spare time. I’m currently working from home like a lot of people, but will hopefully be heading back into the office over the next few months. I like the usual stuff-restaurants, bars, pubs, and of course Netflix :-) I love having a nice place to live and so I’m looking for someone like-minded that will enjoy living in such a lovely neighbourhood!
