Cool dog-friendly cottage in Herne Hill

Hi guys,

We’re Helen & Harriet. Eve is sadly leaving us to move in with a boy.. so we’re looking for a third person to join the team.

A very funny old pug named Wilma also lives in the house. We’re looking for someone who loves dogs and wouldn’t mind pitching if with the feeds etc. on the odd occasion.. We would love to live with another dog if you have one - but obviously only if they get on well!

We both work in the creative industry (Producer & Designer) and although we may act like pensioners during the week, we love hanging with some wine and we’re looking for someone who’d be up for joining us.

The bedroom is a large spacious double, with a big window allowing a lot of natural light. There is a fitted wardrobe as well as a free standing wardrobe, double bed, mattress and chest of drawers. Lots of room to fill with all your bits, or perhaps pull a few yoga moves if that takes your fancy.

The house is a lovely 3 bed cottage 5-10 minutes walk from Herne Hill (kings cross in 20 mins) and North Dulwich train stations (London Bridge in 15), 15 to Denmark Hill station (overground) and 20 mins walk from Brixton tube (Victoria line).

The house has a rustic communal kitchen and big living room, a downstairs toilet, utility room and a full bathroom upstairs. 

There is a large rear garden and a patio area out back which is a sun-trap and ideal for BBQ's in the summer

Herne Hill itself is a safe and beautiful little patch of London, we have Sunday markets and the huge Brockwell Park (with a lido) on our doorstep. We also have Brixton and Camberwell in walking distance which has great pubs, bars and events. Also Peckham is a short bus ride away!

Rent is £680 + £100 bills per month
