Double room available in 2 bed flat in Herne Hill

Hello!
My friend is moving out and I am looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely flat in the heart of Herne hill.
The flat is located  in a beautiful green area at the top of the hill, 7 min walk from herne hill station and 10 min walk from north Dulwich station, also buses are running all night and the stop is on the other side of the road.
Ruskin park and Brokwell park are just a walk away.
The room is a bright, decent size, double bedroom that comes furnished.
There is a shared living room with nice high celing, separate modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom is cozy with a bathtub and lovely finishes. The flat had been refurbished when I moved in 3 years ago so it is in really nice conditions, I like to keep the house nice and tidy, a place to relax and unwind for the stress of the city.
Rent is £675 per month plus Bills which are around 100 pounds and the deposit is £865.38 The agency is very efficient and is located in the same building which is handy.
I am looking for an easy going person which enjoys sharing a glass of wine after a long day or chill on the sofa watching the latest Netflix tv show. I recently got back to uni to study musical theatre. You will be sharing the house with me and Frankie, the avocado tree.
I am available for viewings most evenings and on Sundays.
