Looking for a Mon-Fri flatmate in my flat in Herne Hill. Ideal for a professional working in London in the week. All bills included so no hidden extras.

Short term lets considered (1 month minimum realistically).

It's a good size double room with desk, chest of drawers and hanging space.

There is a large living room with TV/DVD and a decking terrace which is lovely on a summer day (see photos).

Shared bathroom, kitchen has microwave, range cooker and large fridge freezer.

I'm a gay professional, mixed work pattern.

9 mins walk to Herne Hill Station ( to Victoria or Blackfriars in 10 mins), 8 mins walk to North Dulwich Station (15 mins to London Bridge).

It's 20-25 mins walk to Brixton tube.
