We have a great cosy double bedroom available in a lovely shared flat. The flat has been recently refurbished and is bright with lots of storage.

The room has built in wardrobe storage and comes furnished with double bed, x2 small chest of drawers and shelving unit. The bed is an Ottoman bed which lifts up for more handy storage space. The flat has a modern open plan living area with TV and surround sound & fibre broadband.

You'll be sharing with Natalie and James - Natalie works in politics and James is a psychologist. Both have lived in the flat for 1 year+.

The flat has amazing transport links and is situated between 2 stations (Herne Hill and Tulse Hill) both within a 10-15 minute walk. Herne Hill station will get you into Victoria in about 9 minutes and Tulse Hill station will get you to London Bridge in about 15 minutes and Kings Cross in about 20 minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the flat that will get you to Brixton (the nearest tube station) in about 10 mins!

Brockwell Park and Lido is a few minutes away as well as local pubs and cafes like The Florence, The Commercial and Half Moon Pub. Herne Hill also hosts a local farmers/food market every Sunday.

The monthly rent is £495 (excluding bills). Bills come to approximately £80 per month.

The room is available from 13th January.
