We have a furnished double room available for a monday to friday let (4 nights a week) with the rent being £575 pcm all in. The room is immediately next to a large bathroom, with walk in shower and separate bath, which you will have almost exclusive use of. It is also situated at the rear of our home overlooking the garden.

Our house is on Hollingbourne Road, Herne Hill, a very quiet and friendly street. You will also be able to make use of our living room with TV and a large open plan kitchen/diner, and the garden which also has a secure bike shed.

Our house is a 4-5 minutes walk to Herne Hill Station which is on Thameslink line providing direct access to London Blackfriars, CIty Thameslink, Farringdon and Kings Cross St Pancras and there are also fast services into London Victoria. In addition, we are also a 9 minutes walk to North Dulwich station and Brixton underground is a 20 minutes walk away.

About us: we are a couple in our 30s who work in central London. We enjoy running, swimming, cooking, bbqs, theatre, reading and socialising with our friends. We really like Herne Hill owing to it's great community feel, excellent pubs and cafes, its greenery and excellent transport links.
