Hi there, Im looking for a lovely single housemate. to live me Monday to Friday in my Flat in Herne HIll.
The Flat is a beautiful 1st floor flat in a lovely Victorian house, with brand new furniture. It has high ceilings and nice features with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, big kitchen/diner and big living room. Theres also a spare cupboard for storage. The room is a spacious double with beautiful views overlooking Brockwell park. It comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chests of drawers, bedding and bed side tables.
The flat is 5 minutes walk from Herne Hill, right near all the great cafés, bars and restaurants and the lovely farmers market in Sundays. Brockwell Park is right on your doorstep, perfect for running, swimming, tennis, picnics, etc. The lido has a gym and is 1 minute from the flat. There is a Tesco and Large Sainsburys are close by. Brixton is a 15 minute walk or short bus ride Brixton, so its easy to get to the market, Ritzy, Pop Brixton, or Victoria line that takes you into central London in no time. Herne Hill station (zone 2) is 5 minutes away which will bring you to Victoria in 10 mins, Blackfriars 10mins, Elephant and castle 7 mins. 15 minutes walk to North Dulwich station which will bring you to London bridge in 15 minutes.
