The house is situated on an extremely quiet residential road. We are equal distance between North Dulwich (trains to London Bridge) and Herne Hill stations (trains to Victoria and Blackfriars). It is about 7-10 minutes walk to each. It is possible to apply for a residents parking permit if required (however this is not included).

Herne Hill is a lovely area with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gyms and a lovely farmers market on Sunday. There are great gastro pubs within walking distance, as well as local delis, bakeries, and lots more... We are also close to Brockwell Park and the Lido.

The owner lives in the property on the ground and first floors. You will have exclusive access to the top floor. Shared front door, and shared use of utility room on the ground floor and the garden.
