Flatmate wanted!

I am moving in with my partner which means I am moving out of this wonderful flat overlooking Brockwell Park! Looking for a non-smoking professional.

The room: quiet, bright double bedroom overlooking a back garden. Furnished with double bed, mattress, large wardrobe, mirror and bedside table.

The flat: divided over two levels, with the living room and your bedroom upstairs. Kitchen with french doors opening onto a small patio. Shared bathroom with shower and bath.

Flatmate: you will be living with a lovely, laid back health professional. She is a social person who is often out but also enjoys a glass of wine on the sofa.

Transport links: 5-10 minutes walk to Herne Hill station; 25 minutes walk or 10 minute bus to Brixton; great bus links to Peckham/Dulwich/Central with bus stops just outside the flat.

The area: Brockwell Park offers tennis courts, a lido and gym, and cafe. Herne Hill hosts a farmer's market each Sunday, and is home to a collection of pubs, restaurants and independent shops.

Rent: £700 pcm and bills come to around £110. Deposit £700. We rent directly from the landlord so there are no agency fees.
