Double room in 3 bed flat with a big garden

Hello! We are looking for someone to join us in our 3 bed flat in Herne Hill, located a 5 minute walk away from Loughborough Junction station and close to both Ruskin and Brockwell park.

The flat is very spacious with a big living room, kitchen and garden, a bathroom and an additional shower room. We have a cleaner every other week, and we otherwise always keep the flat tidy and clean. The room itself is a small but light double bedroom which comes unfurnished, although we have furnished all other areas of the flat. Bills for the house including a fortnightly cleaner are around £130-140 a month per person.

We are two good friends from school both working in central London in finance and have similar interests - sport, socialising and trying to stay fit! Our preference is for a likeminded flatmate who is easy going and sociable to join us from September 7th, although our current flat mate is happy to move out earlier and bring this date forward if preferable.
