One of our lovely housemates is moving out, so her fully furnished double room will be available from 1st April in our friendly and welcoming home in Herne Hill.

The house is on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from vibrant Brixton and the beautiful Brockwell Park – perfect for weekend walks, picnics, or summer afternoons in the sun.

The house has everything you need:
• Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials
• Washing machine & dryer
• Cosy living room for relaxing in the evenings
• A beautiful garden with patio, dining table, and barbecue – perfect for summer evenings and the occasional relaxed house BBQ

💷 Rent: £800 per month (includes council tax & water)
⚡ Utilities: Around £40 per month for gas/electricity + £8 for internet. Energy costs may rise slightly during the winter months.

The tenancy is let directly by the landlord (who doesn’t live here).

You’ll be sharing with five friendly professionals in their 30s and 40s. Some of us work from home from time to time. It’s a relaxed and respectful household where people enjoy the occasional chat in the kitchen or garden, but everyone also values their own space and a calm home environment.
