Lovely house with living room and garden!

Hey there peeps
We have 1 double room to rent in a charming, quiet 4 bedroom, semi detached house in the wonderful Herne Hill (beautiful Brockwell park with lido/gym, really nice cafes, pubs, farmers market on sundays and not far at all from funky Brixton).

So you will be living with Alice 31, British, Madeleine 30 German and Kiril 26 Bulgarian. We love to cook, socialise, exercise, gigs, pubs, drink wine, travel (when we were allowed to) but also respectful of others space. We have a living room and garden which, we like to hangout in and have summer bbqs. Not a party house but we like to hangout and have friends over on occasions.

We just want someone chilled, clean and respectful, preferably a guy to even the odds, who likes to socialise sometimes. The room comes furnished with bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. Council tax is included, but water, electricity, internet, gas, cleaner (twice a month) etc...comes to about £70/80 a month depending on summer/winter (usually alot less in the summer).
