My lovely double bedroom in a 2-person flat share in Herne Hill has become available as I will be moving out of London.

Located just a stone’s throw from Brockwell Park and a five-minute walk from Ruskin Park, you are perfectly placed to enjoy this green and leafy corner of London. There is a local market in Herne Hill every Sunday, and plenty of cafes, bakeries, local restaurants and pubs to enjoy.

Herne Hill station (which goes directly to Victoria and Kings Cross) is a 2-minute walk, and Brixton Station (Victoria Line) is a pleasant 15-minute walk away.

The flat itself comprises two double bedrooms, a large living room and separate dining room/kitchen. There is also an attic, which is great for storage.

The room comes part furnished, but I’m open to leaving the bed if you’d like it.

I'm looking for someone to take on my share of the lease from now until August 2021 at which point there'll be the option to renew.

You’ll be sharing with my lovely flatmate Kirsty – a 29 year old copywriter from London.
