We are renting two bedrooms in the same house.

The bigger bedroom has already been taken.

The available bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It's a very bright bedroom. Own fridge.

The kitchen is very large and has a patio where you can keep your bike, for example. And there's also plenty of storage where you can put your luggage.

The house would be shared with us (a couple) and a third person who has two cats. It would be 4 people in the house.

The location is ideal. It's close to both Brixton and Herne Hill. Good connection with the centre either with train from Loughborough Junction station (2 min walking distance) or Victoria line from Brixton (13 min walking)

Many shops within walking distance, off license next door. Walking distance to Brockwell Park and Herne Hill.

About us: We are a young couple, very clean but relaxed people at the same time.
Our nationalities are Spanish and Colombian. We are social and happy people.

There's a weekly cleaner but we are looking for someone who can keep the shared areas clean and tidy after themselves (so we will).

The ideal tenant would have a good vibe, not looking for a best friend but it's nice to have a chat now and then.
