Sunny and spacious double in Herne Hill

This is a very decently-sized double room in a lovely house in Herne Hill. Short and long-term lets considered.

It comes furnished with a bed, big desk, two office chairs, a huge wardrobe, and a mirror. The bed is really comfy and is generally a great night's sleep. The desk is also quite big and is perfect for anybody studying or working from home as you'll have loads of space. You'll see in the pics two huge windows which are really nice for sunlight, breeze, and a bit of people watching. The room gets a great amount of sun and would be perfect for any plant lovers! There's also a tonne of storage space, including four huge drawers under the bed.

The house itself is a nice size, with an open-plan living/kitchen and two bathrooms - one toilet downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs with bath and shower. The sofa is really, really comfy, and we have a TV with Virgin TV and access to all the regular streamers. The kitchen has everything you'd expect (a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, etc), and a good dishwasher. We also have a courtyard-style garden out back which is good safe storage for bikes.

We're a stones-throw away from Ruskin Park, and a less than 10min walk to Brockwell Park, Herne Hill station, Loughborough Junction station, and a load of bus routes. You'll be sharing with three lovely people - 2 guys and a girl. We all get along well, and we often have partners/friends over, so that won't be a problem.

Honestly this is a really great house and I'll be sad to leave this room! We'll be doing viewings on a rolling basis so please do get in touch :)
