One furnished double bedroom available in a lovely split level flat in Herne Hill.

The flat is available from 1st November 2021 but move in date can be negotiated.

The flat: located across from Brockwell Park with views of the park from the shared living area. The rooms are split over two floors. Shared bathroom with a shower and bath. The kitchen has all the mod cons and goes out into a small patio which is lovely to sit on in the summer months.

The bedroom has high ceilings and comes with a bed, mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.

Transport links: 10min walk from both Herne Hill (trains to Victoria, 7 mins and Kings X St Pancreas, 20mins) and Tulse Hill (trains to Peckham, London Bridge, 20mins) station. Short bus ride to Brixton (10mins). Bus stops right out the front of the flat that go to Brixton, Denmark hill.

Herne Hill has a village feel with some great restaurants and several microbreweries (Canopy) and pubs. There is a farmers market every Sunday. Brockwell park has tennis courts, a café, gym and outdoor swimming pool.

You will be sharing with one teacher who works in a local school. Beth is a warm, tidy and friendly person who has a fairly active social life but equally enjoys a chilled night in with a glass of wine in front of Netflix! She is looking for a likeminded flatmate who wants to make the flat their home and enjoy socialising together. As Beth is in school five days a week this is the ideal flat if you need to work from home as there is plenty of space.

We rent direct with the landlord so there are no additional fees other than rent, deposit and bills.
Bills are not included in the rent, they come about £130/month incl. council tax.
