Bright double room in leafy Herne Hill

I am looking for a new flatmate to rent a room in our house from the 15th of June.

You'll be living in a large Victorian four-bed house on Half Moon Lane in lovely Herne Hill. No cat I'm afraid :(

The room is a good-sized double room on the first floor of the property. South-facing window (great for plants if you're a plant lover like me) and high ceiling. The room comes unfurnished.

House amenities:

Two spacious recently pained and fully working bathrooms + one loo with a sink.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, new washing & drying machine, new fridge, gas cooker & electric oven.

One huge living room overlooking the main street with two large couches to relax in.

So far you'll be sharing with me, a 28-year-old UI Designer, a 27-year-old Illustrator that works in publishing, and a 32-year-old that works in renewable energy.

Would be nice to find one girl who might also be in the creative industry so that we share similar interests :)

Needs to be tidy and respectful of others and will want to make this house their home.

The room is £780 per month. It includes all bills, internet, and weekly cleaner.

There is also a one-month deposit needed. Both rent and deposit are due in advance.

About the area: Super well connected, 2 mins to the Herne Hill train stop and 10mins to North Dulwich. Busses all around and there's a Sainsbury's and Tesco 2 mins away. Nice restaurants and bars around, organic fruit shop, butcher's, wine shop, Sunday Market, and most importantly: Brockwell Park. Can't stress this enough, this area is amazing! :)

The viewings are starting from Tuesday 24th of May.
