Double room in a friendly household

The room will be available initially as a short let from 16th July to 5th October with the option to extend if you wanted. Furnished with a king sized double bed, standing wardrobe and 3 drawer dresser. The room is at the back of the property so nice and quiet! Room for a desk and plenty of room for another dresser as I currently have. There are 2 bathrooms in the property - a family sized bathroom and a smaller shower room. I was basically using the smaller one as my own personal bathroom! The current tenants Becky and Emily are the most friendliest girls both aged 27. They both work in the office and WFH. Up for a social night or a quiet one! The flat was brand new when we moved in so all in good condition. Amazing local transport links - Loughborough Junction train station is a 2 min walk away with Thameslink services to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras. The Victoria line from Brixton is only a 15 minute walk away and there are bus stops a 2 min walk away to take you to Liverpool Street, Peckham, Shoreditch and Clapham.
