Double room in beautiful garden property

My lovely housemate has to return to The Netherlands from Christmas so I’m looking for a new flatmate.

I own a beautiful 2.5 bedroom (3rd bedroom converted to office/laundry room) 2 story garden flat between Brixton and Herne Hill.

I have invested a lot into making the space as beautiful and homely as possible and would love a housemate to share it with.

I currently live with my mini long-haired dachshund, Stanley so whoever is interested MUST be a dog lover.

The flat has a private front and back garden and a really large kitchen/living area.

The office is also available most days as I am now mainly back in the office (I run a really cool soft drinks brand - so lots of free healthy soft drinks come with the room!!)

The location is genuinely incredible. Between Herne Hill and Brixton, you are only a 5 minute walk from Brockwell Park and the Lido.

ALL bills are included in the rent for ease (only a tiny chance this could change if the government price us out of our homes by tripling gas prices!)

This is my home and I really want someone to be respectful of my stuff (it's also a furnished room) - but I'd also love a friend. Ideally someone fun, who likes to party a bit but also has their life together and isn't going to be on the sofa day in day out (although this may be me on a hungover Sunday - join!).

It'd be great to have someone to share meals with, go to the gym with and go for drinks with but also someone who is more than. happy to do their own thing and has thier own life!

Also have a beautiful entrance way with a second gate and room for bikes.

Also as I mentioned - you MUST love dogs.

Flexible on move in and move out dates but I would like a commitment of at least 3/6 months - ideally longer term!!

Shorter lets will be considered but likely to be a little more expensive. If interested in short lets please message and happy to discuss.
