Double Room in Brixton

The Double Room

Hey!

Sadly, I am currently looking for a new housemate to join the two current flat mates Matt and Dan who are living in a recently fully renovated 3 bed flat (with 2 bathrooms - one is an ensuite) in Brixton/Loughborough Junction, and have a fully furnished double room available for another person to join, as I am leaving.

We’re all tidy, chilled people but also like to socialise, have drinks on the weekend, and doing sports during the week. We’re looking for a flatmate who enjoys food, is tidy, clean and is happy to socialise but also appreciates having time to themselves.

Our flat is very conveniently located near Brixton tube (10-15 mins walk), Denmark Hill overground (8-10 mins walk) and also the City Thameslink, Loughborough Junction (4 mins walk) which takes you right across London and into The City in under 15 minutes.

The flat is also surrounded by a number of green parks (Milkwood, Ruskin, and Brockwell Park) which are just a stones throw away. We also have a spacious living room and a large communal rooftop which views all of London’s top landmarks.

Length of the let is pretty flexible but we do want at least 1 year with the option to extend.
