Double room near Brixton

Spacious room with king size bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Bed has storage underneath and there is plenty of room for a desk and additional furniture.

Shared kitchen/lounge space that includes dining table, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave.

Bathroom to share with 1 other flatmate has a bath/shower and storage space. (There is a second bathroom which also has a shower.)

Looking for a female professional to take over my room until the end of the current contract (7th October). Option with the agency to extend past this date dependent on who wants to stay.

Current housemates are two women in late 20s/early 30s, both working in central London. Looking for someone friendly and tidy who is open to socialising.

Flat is a 5 minute walk from Loughborough junction station which is on a Thameslink like serving Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras. 20 minute walk to Brixton tube (Victoria line), 12 minute walk to Denmark Hill (overground and trains). 5 minute walk to Ruskin Park, 15 minute walk to Herne Hill/Brockwell Park and 15 minute walk to Camberwell high street.

Bills are roughly an additional £123 per person per month. This includes water, gas, electricity, council tax and wifi.
