Looking to sublet my room in a lovely large house in Herne Hill. Sublet available from late May to late September.

Sharing with five others, in our 30s/40s. All very quiet and busy, but enjoy some communal time having dinner and the occasional party. Mostly work in arts, literature and academia. We buy food and other essentials communally and will often cook for each other.

Six bedroom house, with large kitchen and living/dining room. There's a large garden, which many of us enjoy taking care of.

Located close to busses into central London, Herne Hill station 5 minute walk. Denmark Hill and North Dulwich 15 minute walk or very short bus ride. Also closely to the lovely Brockwell Park.

Access: one porch step up to front door. Room is on the first floor, up a 16 step flight. Level access to garden through garage, or single stepped access via living room French doors. One WC located at ground level and full bathroom on first floor, directly opposite bedroom.
