Double room in bright, brand new 2 bedroom flat

I am looking for a flatmate for a room in a new flat minutes from Loughborough Junction station and 15 minutes walk from Brixton underground station. The room is bright and well sized. Included is primary access to bathroom (pictured - I have an ensuite) and access to balcony and communal roof terrace on 16th floor. The flat (and building) is new well insulated with underfloor heating, fresh air ventilation and lovely new appliances. Additional storage cupboards are also included in the flat hallway. The room is part furnished with a bed, mattress and a wardrobe. The flat is sound proofed well and the room is particularly quiet as it looks out onto an internal courtyard. The Gym group has recently opened a brand new gym on the ground floor so this is very handy for those who like to work out!

I am 32, working in the film industry currently and I'm looking for a friendly, mature, clean and respectful housemate to share the space with and in particular looking for someone who like to keep communal spaces clean. Would be great if we have similar interest and can share occasional meals though I am also respectful of privacy and keen to ensure that the flat is a peaceful, quiet shared environment. I am ideally looking for a female flatmate around my age. Bills are £160 per month and will be slightly more in winter months (December - March) to accommodate heating costs.
