Double Room in Spacious Herne Hill House

Hi There,

I'm sadly moving out of this lovely house in Herne Hill as i'm moving in with my partner.

It's a lovely big victorian terrace with a lounge/dining room, good sized kitchen, three bathrooms and a garden.

The bedroom is on the first floor, rear facing with a window so it gets good light and no noise. It has blinds, wardrobe, built in cupboard, double bed and bedside table.

You'll be living with a great bunch who all get on well, 28 - 33, working in project management, politics and hospitality, so a nice mix!

We all live quite independent lives, but often see each other in the evenings for TV, chats or dinner, it’s a good balance between social time vs privacy when you need it and we’re looking for someone who mirrors this.

We like to keep the house in good shape, so looking for someone happy get involved with cleaning and a bit of light gardening too!

It's a great location just off Half Moon Lane, 10 mins to Herne Hill, Brockwell Park, Herne Hill Station and North Dulwich Station. Train links from both are ideal as they go to London Bridge, London Victoria or the Thameslink direct into the city. There’s a bus stop right by us on Half Moon Lane with regular buses towards Brixton & Dulwich directions, and also a well stocked Budgens on the corner that’s open late.

The next rent date is 20th Feb but I may be moving earlier if you'd like to do the same. We’re looking for someone long term.
