Herne Hill housemate wanted!

We are a couple in our late twenties / early thirties looking for a housemate to move into the top floor of our home in Herne Hill. It’s a self-contained floor with a double room, private bathroom and separate office space (which would all be yours!), and tons of storage (loft plus drying cupboard, etc.) Large kitchen / conservatory and double living room which would be shared. We also have a lovely garden, as well as a basement which can be used for additional storage! All furniture shown in photos is included.
We are sociable and friendly and would love a housemate that we can get on well with and spend some time together - we’ve had lots of great tenants in the past so are used to sharing the space. We both have corporate jobs with fairly long hours, so also looking for somebody respectful of personal space!
