Amazing location! Lots of green spaces on the doorstep (Brockwell Park, Dulwich Park, Ruskin Park). A 5-minute walk to shops and Herne Hill station. A real community vibe. Some great places to eat and drink nearby too -- Lllewelyn's, Lulu's, Bun Head Bakery. Minus 12 Ice Cream etc.

Very straightforward and easy to travel:
- 10 min bus from end of road to King's College Hospital (or 25 minute walk)
- Trains to London Victoria take 9 minutes (and come 4x per hour).
- Thameslink trains provide direct connection into the City, Farringdon (where you can connect to the Elizabeth Line) as well as London King's Cross and West Hampstead.
- Direct bus from end of road to Waterloo and Covent Garden.
- It's also very straightforward to get to London Bridge from nearby North Dulwich station, and east London from nearby Denmark Hill station.
- Dulwich, Brixton, Tulse Hill all within walking distance
