I’m offering a short term sublet from now until end of June of a large double room with private en suite in a bright, stylish, and newly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath flat right in the heart of Herne Hill. (This is not a house share, you’d be living here without flatmates. More on this below)

The space could be perfect for a couple but anyone is welcome to get in touch :)

About the setup:
I’m a live-out landlord, and there won’t be any housemates. The second, smaller bedroom will not be available for use as my partner and I will be using it to store some of our belongings. We’ve moved abroad and will be gradually relocating our things, so we’ll need to keep that room for storage and the occasional visit to London. These visits would be rare and always discussed with you in advance.

You’ll have the entire flat to yourself almost all the time, fully furnished and ready to move in – perfect for someone looking for space, privacy, and comfort in a great area.

📍The area:
Herne Hill is a real gem of South London – full of character, charm, and community. The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Brockwell Park, one of the best parks in London (perfect for runs, picnics, or the lido!). On Sundays, the Herne Hill market brings the neighbourhood to life with delicious food lots of crafts, and music – it’s the highlight of the week.

The station is surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and independent boutiques, so everything you need is right on your doorstep.

Herne Hill Station (10 min walk):
Victoria in 10 minutes
Blackfriars in 15 minutes
Brixton (Victoria Line) is just 7 minutes by bus or a short walk
