A large, bright double bedroom with a view of the London Eye will be available from the middle of December in our peaceful and welcoming flat.

My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a person to take over her room.

About the Flat and Room:

- Flat is around 86 square meters

- Spacious double bedroom (currently pictured as the living room)

- Unfurnished – but there’s a great community at Dorchester Court where residents often give away furniture, so we can help you get set up

- No living room, however rooms are super spacious and we got a decent size kitchen too.

-Top floor (3rd) with a lift

-Lovely natural light and beautiful views

Location Highlights:
8-minute walk to Herne Hill Station
Fast connections to Victoria (8 mins) and Blackfriars (12 mins)

Close to Brockwell Park & Lido – ideal for walks, swimming, gym, or relaxing

Ruskin Park and a community sauna just 5 minutes away

The Practical Bits:
You and me will be taking over the tenancy. You’ll need to provide:
-Proof of income
-Credit check
-Right to rent in the UK

- Rent is £875pm + bills around £150pm
