The room is in a lively family house. We are looking for someone who wants a room in London for work during the week, Mon pm to Fri am.
The room is a bright ensuite shower and w. c., with window onto private back garden. It's newly decorated and the en suite has not been used since it was installed a few years ago. Ensuite has a shower, wc and washbasin.
Room has a sofa bed, desk, chair, and fitted storage. Window. faces SouthEast with morning sun. Room is 2.75m x 3.15m not including the ensuite shower room.
The room is in a family home with one A level child and occasionally another older child. Its a musical family with piano and guitar played.
The house itself looks over Ruskin Park, walkable in 5-10 mins to Denmark Hill, Loughborough Junction, Herne Hill, and 20 mins to Brixton centre.
The house is in a very nice neighbourhood, green and quiet with shops, library, park(s) and public transport all nearby.
