The Room:
Large, spacious double room on the top floor of a friendly flatshare in Herne Hill. The room is on its own floor with a bathroom directly next door, so it feels almost like an en-suite setup.

The Flat:
Shared flat above a shop in Herne Hill. Shared Kitchen and Living Room, 2 Bathrooms and 1 additional toilet on the 1st floor.

Transport and Location:
We’re 1–2 minutes from Herne Hill station and 3–4 minutes from Brockwell Park and the Lido. Ideal if you like having green space and good transport on your doorstep.

About us:
We’re three professionals in our 30s: friendly, tidy, and respectful. Fliss and Frances work mostly from the office, and Alex works from home 2–3 days a week.

What we're looking for:
This is a quiet, respectful, working & professional household and we’re looking for someone similar: clean, considerate, and mindful that people are up early for work.

This is a long-term room in a settled flatshare, and we’re looking for someone able to commit to a 12 month tenancy. Short-term stays won’t be considered.

We’re happy for guests and partners to visit, but we try to keep things feeling calm during the week — ideally no more than one guest night Mon–Thurs, with weekends being entirely flexible.

Not suitable for couples, or a party lifestyle.
