Room between Herne Hill and Brixton - from May

I am sadly leaving London (and my lovely flatmates) this May :( so my room is looking for a new friendly face to join this beautiful home. You would be sharing with two wonderful girls, Megha and Camilla, a Master’s student and a researcher at King's College. We are a sociable bunch who enjoy spending time together (chatting, puzzling, crafting, watching TV shows) but also very respectful of personal space!!

The room is on the second floor, making it very quiet and private, it is super bright and most importantly stays warm throughout the winter. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and bedside table, and you also have a dedicated wardrobe and a drawer set right outside your door for extra space. Since one of the other rooms is en-suite, you will only be sharing the main bathroom and the additional toilet with one other person.

There's also a spacious common living room with many windows and great natural light, and a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge-freezer.

We are in a great spot, just a 5-minute walk to Loughborough Junction and 15 minutes from both Brixton and Herne Hill (sunday morning market is a must)

The rent is £865 per month, with bills shared between the three of us, and since we are all students we haven't been paying council tax!!
The deposit is approximately £612 and the room is available from the 1st of May 2026.
