We have a large double room available in our beautful flat from the 24th April. We're looking for someone new, as our friend is moving in with her boyfriend 💕.
The room comes with a double bed and mattress, a wardrobe and chest of drawers and there is also plenty of room for a desk.
📍located in Herne Hill, approx 2 mins from Herne Hill Station (Thameslink and overground) and about 15 mins walk to Brixton tube.
👯Claudia and I are both 30 and friends from uni. We love living in this flat and have done for the past 3 years. We love chilling out in the flat and are partial to a glass of wine on the sofa or at the half moon pub opposite, so are looking for someone similar.
💰£1000 rent + £125 bills each month. We also have a cleaner twice a month which is £36 for the month on top.
We're signing a new tenancy from the 24th April for 1 year with a 6 month break clause. So this is not a sublet.
