One Month Sublet in Herne Hill

I am going away for a month and my room is available from May 1st to May 29th.

The room is spacious and comfortable and is in a lovely girls flat. There are two other amazing flatmates, as well as Motley (the cat). He is a very calm and sweet creature that roams the flat freely so it is important that the person staying is comfortable with cats. Robyn and Anna (the flatmates) are both professionals, one working in law and the other is a photographer.

There is a large communal space with a well-equiped kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area. We have beautiful views across London and (when sunny) the flat is filled with natural light.

The flat is within Dorchester Court, with a large shared courtyard. We are further away from the streets so it is generally very quiet.

There will be wardrobe and storage made available to use as well.

There is the 68/468 bus right outside that go to Euston. We are a 10min walk to Herne Hill station for trains, 15min walk to Denmark Hill for the overground, and 25min to Brixton for Victoria line.

We have a cleaner coming once every two weeks, the costs are shared and included in the total. The flat is otherwise kept clean and tidy (but not obsessively).
