Hi everyone, looking for someone to stay in my room while i am on holiday.

it is a 3 bedrooms/two floor house, whit small garden. the view for the living room is breathtaking.

GROUND FLOOR: good size kitchen, no dining table, separate living room ( huge living room with massive windows) bathroom and separate toilette (which you will share with Luigi cause is bigger) 1 bedroom where Luigi lives (30 years old, italian)

TOP FLOOR: 1 bathroom with shower for myself but you can use it every now and then NP, and two bedrooms, one is mine (34 year old, italian) , the other one next to the bathroom is the one we renting out

The area is amazing, everything is few steps away Brockwell Park, Brockwell Lido, Herne Hill Sunday Market, local Sainsbury and local Tesco, Pubs and Cafes as The Florence, The Half Moon Lane and many others.

Available for the month of August!

Herne Hill station is 2 mins away and trains take you to Victoria ( 9 mins) Blackfriars (10mis) King Cross (15 mins) Elephant and Castle ( 5 mis) , Brixton Tube station is 10 min walking, bus stop are all around and take you to different places all over London (3/196/37/322/468/68) 3 night buses 37/N68/N3.
About me and Luigi we are both italians, very respectful people, clean and tidy, we love sports and we often go to the park to do some workout, we love boxing and muay thai, sunday brunch, yoga, house party
