The Flat
The flat is a split level period conversion on the top floors of a lovely old house with friendly neighbours. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan living room/kitchen. The flat is mid being repainted so it's all fresh!
The bedrooms are on different levels, both at the back of the property, so they're quiet and give a feeling of separation. The flat is home to me and my two cats (more about us later), looking to share it with someone who will treat it as a proper home.

The Room
The bedroom is a small but perfectly formed double, with a double bed with drawers underneath, 3 door wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a small bookcase outside the room, and space on the bookcase in the living room. You are also welcome to put your art on the walls!
Whilst you could squeeze a little desk in the room, i have a workstation set up in my bedroom that you can use so neither of us have to sleep and work in the same room!

Location/Transport
The flat is conveniently located between Herne Hill and Tulse Hill stations, and 4 buses stop opposite the flat.

Tulse Hill is about a 7 min walk
Herne Hill is about a 12 min walk (3 by bus)
Brixton is 10-15 mins by bus
Denmark Hill is about 15 mins by bus too.

Brockwell park is 2 mins walk away.

About me, the cats, and you
I'm 34, I'm an EA and currently WFH from the dining table but normally I’m in the West End. I like to go to yoga after work, or out for dinner/drinks with friends, or can be found with a glass of vino on the sofa watching bake off or something of equal high quality.
I love to cook and travel, I have also recently got in to crafts to alleviate lockdown boredom!
I’m also a qualified yoga teacher ☺️

The two cats are Poppy and Jasper, they’re 5 years old, brother and sister and a pair of very affectionate little nutters! They love a Netflix binge sleeping on laps!

You - i'm looking for a professional female in their late twenties to thirties-ish someone who is clean, tidy and has their own life but equally happy to watch crappy tv with me/share a bottle of plonk. Someone who will make the flat their home, and will be happy giving the cats attention and occasional cat sitting.

I appreciate these are weird times and you may also be WFH, my previous flatmate used my bedroom for her office and i'd be happy for you to do the same.
Happy to do an initial video call too!

Whilst the flat is non smoking, i am happy for you to go outside to smoke.
