Characterful cottage in Herne Hill with two friendly housemates seeking a third! The house is in a great location, just minutes away from Brockwell Park and only a short walk from Herne Hill Station (Tulse Hill is also not far away). It's also very well connected by bus, so you can get to Brixton and all its amenities quickly.

Downstairs there is the lounge, kitchen-diner, loo and utility area (with washing machine, microwave and a dishwasher). Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house was re-carpeted in 2020. The garden has a large decked area surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers and is great for barbeques and eating outside in the summer. There are also two useful sheds in both the front and back gardens.

The room available is a charming, bright and peaceful single which looks out on to the garden. It has a single bed, a wardrobe and small shelves. There is plenty of storage space in the rest of the house.

Bills are not included but usually total around £100 pcm.

It's a friendly household with everyone living busy lives, but always happy to socialise over dinner/drinks together!
