Hey there!

After five years in this amazing house, I am moving into my own place and vacating one of the double rooms. The place is in a beautiful four bedroom, three storey Victorian house in Herne Hill. The room is available from 1st April with some flexibility.

The room is a very spacious double. It fits a king size bed with plenty of space left for other furniture and a desk. The room is originally unfurnished but I there a wardrobe and a bed are available as well.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
Housemates are Anne working in marketing, Anne no 2 working in sustainability and Rebecca who works for NHS. Key interests range from gardening, running, baking, hiking, yoga and travelling. Everyone is committed to keeping the house clean, nice and like a proper home. It’s definitely not a busy party house – great for dinner parties and a quiet retreat to relax in after the stress of work!

Ideal housemate would be a clean and respectful professional who has their own social life but who likes the odd cup of tea/glass of wine and a catch up!

Herne Hill is a peaceful oasis of green in a central location right on the doorstep of vibrant Brixton. There’s a fantastic selection of restaurants, pubs and shops as well as Brockwell Park – arguably the most beautiful in London, with stunning views of the Shard and the City.

It’s also incredibly well connected. Trains run every few mins to:

–Brixton / Victoria Line (2 mins)
–Victoria (9 mins)
–Blackfriars (11 mins)
–Elephant & Castle / Bakerloo + Northern Lines (7 mins)
