1 month sublet - bedroom available in Herne Hill!

Hey!

We have a double room available to sublet from 1st Oct - 1st Nov, in our 3 bedroom end of terrace ground floor flat (WITH GARDEN!) near Loughborough Junction station (5min walk), Denmark Hill (8 min walk), Herne Hill (10 min walk) and a short walk to Brixton underground (15 mins)!
There's also a bus available at the end of the street which takes you straight to Brixton in just over 5 mins.

Rent will be £675 for the month. Bills not included. There is no agency, we deal directly with our landlady.

We have also just had the bathroom renovated (see pics!)

The room is furnished with bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and a lovely view of the garden - the room was recently decorated to a high standard. We also have a large dining table in the kitchen which is a suitable work space option.

You will be living with two sociable women, who work a mix of from home and in the office.
