Room to rent on High Street Kensington

3rd floor heritage building

Hi everyone,

Looking to fill a spare room in Kensington. I just moved in and am in the process of furnishing it, but this room already comes with a bed frame, mattress, 2 nightstands, desk, and built in wardrobes + it has tons of great natural light. You would also have your own toilet and sink and then share the shower with me. Rent is 1,500 plus bills. The flat is located on High Street Kensington right across from Whole Foods and about a 2 minute walk to High Street Kensington tube station (Hyde park also just down the street).

Ideally looking for someone aged 22-27, who wants to help make this space a home and not just somewhere to sleep at night. I’m a very clean and organized person so looking for someone relatively clean as well. Most importantly, want to make this place a calm, respectful, and relaxing space.

Im 23 and moved back to London in March from Los Angeles after spending a year of university here. I work in advertising and usually go into the office Monday-thursday. Definitely up for getting out on the weekends, trying new restaurants, bars, and exploring London.
