Student room available at Hey Kensington, W8 5BU, around a 15-minute walk from Imperial College London South Kensington Campus.

Rent is approximately £312 per week with bills included. The room is fully furnished, with shared bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The accommodation also has a common room, courtyard/garden and a free gym.

Looking for a female student to take over the remaining long-term contract, which runs until September 2027. The move-in date is very flexible — early, mid or late October are all possible, and a later date can also be discussed.

The accommodation is very conveniently located for Imperial students and close to High Street Kensington. Please note that the building is close to railway tracks, so some train noise can be heard.

The contract runs until September 2027, and I have already paid the rent for the final 16 weeks. The exact payment arrangement for the contract takeover can be discussed and confirmed with the accommodation.
