Hiii! 🫶🏻 I’m looking for someone to take over the second room in this lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Kensington. The flat has been recently renovated and is super clean, modern and bright, with loads of natural light throughout.

🛏️ THE ROOM

The room is bright and spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a huge built-in wardrobe with a large mirrored door, so there’s loads of storage without taking up floor space.

It’s currently furnished with the bed, mattress and wardrobe, but otherwise left fairly open, so you can make it your own and bring whatever furniture/decor you like. 🤍

The room gets lots of light during the day and has a really nice, calm feel, especially with the rest of the flat being modern and uncluttered.

🏡 THE FLAT

The flat is on the 3rd floor (sorry no lift) and has been recently renovated throughout, so everything feels fresh, modern and really well looked after.

There’s a lovely bright living room with lots of lighting and a comfortable space to relax, watch TV, have dinner or simply unwind. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all equipped with essentials, so you won’t need to worry about buying all the basics when you move in.

There are 2 bathrooms, I have my own and you’ll have your own too, not sharing. the flat is kept clean and tidy.

The best part is that there are only two of you living here, you’d be sharing with one professional flatmate who is rarely home, so you get a really nice balance of having your own space while still having someone around. I go to office 5 days a week and weekend is full with sports activities.

The location is honestly one of the best things about the flat.

🚇 Earls Court station is around a 4-minute walk away, with excellent connections across London, and Kensington High Street is around 7 minutes on foot.

There are also bus stops literally right outside the building, so getting around is incredibly easy.

You’ve got everything you need nearby supermarkets like Waitrose, saintbury, Tesco, cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops, while being surrounded by some of the nicest parts of West London.
